Appointments are often in short supply so please ring and let us know if you cannot attend. It means that the appointment can be given to somebody else.

We endeavour to provide a high standard of medical care with modern screening and health advisory services. Our priority must however always lie with those patients who are ill, and we ask your indulgence should priorities cause delay in more routine activities.

Should you wish to make any helpful comments or suggestions please contact the practice manager.

The practice manager is also responsible for dealing with any complaints you may have regarding the practice in general, or your care in particular. She will be happy to meet with you to discuss such matters.

If you are a Grafton Surgery patient your care will be dealt with at the Grafton surgery.

If you have any queries, suggestions or complaints these must be done through Grafton surgery.
